Shipping policy
United States
Liu & Co. currently offers complimentary standard shipping within the United States for eligible orders.
For ready-to-buy Chains, please allow approximately 5–7 business days after order confirmation for supplier fulfillment and carrier delivery, subject to supplier availability and carrier transit. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
A signature may be required at delivery. Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive a high-value shipment. The shipping rate does not itself purchase signature confirmation; signature service must be selected when the shipping label is purchased.
Custom-order production and processing time are separate from carrier transit. Custom production timing will be communicated during the design, approval, and production process.
International orders
International shipping is not currently offered through standard checkout. Any international shipment must be arranged by written quote before payment. International timing depends on destination, customs, and local-carrier performance. Duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-country fees are the customer’s responsibility unless a written quote states otherwise.
Delivery issues
For an incorrect, damaged-in-transit, defective, or materially different item, contact custom@liuandco.com promptly with the order details and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Do not wear, alter, resize, repair, clean, or send the item to another jeweler before Liu & Co. reviews the concern.
